Ubisoft announced today that the Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Closed Beta, now available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, has been extended, and will now run through Sunday, October 4.

“The GOOD news is that for those who have received their access, the experience has been trending positively! We've been getting good feedback on the content of the beta, and matchmaking and server stability have already been improved. There are still a few issues to work out, of course, and we will continue to do that over the course of the beta. Given the current situation, we’ve made the decision to extend the Closed Beta. It will run through Sunday, October 4th.”

Rainbow 6's closed beta started on Thursday, September 26th and it continues until Sunday, October 4, 2015. Check out some of our own exclusive Rainbow 6 Siege Xbox One gameplay.


Ubisoft has also confirmed that the Rainbow Six Siege Beta runs at 1080p on PS4 and 900p on Xbox One. Ubisoft has also suggested that they may have time to boost the Xbox One resolution to 1080p in time for launch. On PC, the resolution will vary between 720p and 1080p depending on your configuration
