Roblox has announced that "ROBLOX" is now available on Xbox One as a free download.

Downloading ROBLOX from the Xbox One store is a simple, free process, and within minutes you’ll be ready to play and explore with friends. Existing ROBLOX players can sync their ROBLOX.com account with their Xbox gamertag. Once synced you’ll be able to use your customized character, and can even switch between any of your owned packages.
